From classic holiday specials to a jamming Jurassic dance party, celebrate the holiday season like never before. Fernbank’s Holly Jolly Film Fest is presented in conjunction with the festive special exhibition, Winter Wonderland.

Winter Wonderland Seek and Find
10am – 5pm, Entry and Upper Levels
Use this self-guided activity as you explore the displays of Winter Wonderland. See if you can match the photos to the displays. A great activity for families! (Copies of the guide available at the greeter’s station. Please return guides as you are leaving.)

Ornament Station
10am – 2pm, Great Hall
Create your own Fernbank Santa-saurus or holiday tree ornament to take home with you.

Snowflake Rubbings
10am – 2pm, Great Hall
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! Create your own snowflake to take home.

A Charlie Brown Christmas
10:30am, 11:30am and 1:30pm, Auditorium
Christmas lights may be twinkling red and green, but Charlie Brown has the Yuletide blues. To get in the holiday spirit, he takes Lucy’s advice and directs the Christmas play. And what’s a Christmas play without a Christmas tree? But everyone makes fun of the shorty, spindly nevergreen Charlie Brown brings back—until the real meaning of Christmas works its magic once again. For Peanuts fans everywhere, it just wouldn’t be Christmas without this classic holiday delight.

There hasn’t been a dance party this cool since the Ice Age! Put on those boogie shoes by Tiger Savings\022 “”> and enjoy a Jurassic jingle-jam led by Fernbank’s Santa-saurus. All ages are invited to this awesome, clawsome party.
