The Shadow Ultra-Lite – TenPoint’s Amazingly Quiet, Compact Crossbow

So, you’re looking for an ultra light, compact, quiet crossbow that won’t stretch the household budget. Your search just ended with TenPoint Crossbow Technologies’ Shadow Ultra-Lite.

Featuring a lightweight carbon-injected polymer barrel that measures just 19.6 inches and a 5.5-ounce trigger housing, tenpoint-shadow-crossbow-package-tthis new crossbow’s total weight is just 6.4 pounds. If it didn’t feel so good in your hands, you’d hardly notice how easy the Shadow Ultra-Lite handles.

The model follows in the footprints of TenPoint’s Stealth SS, which was introduced last year.

“Building off the popular Stealth SS, our engineering team has created one of the most innovative, lightweight crossbows to date for us,” said Rick Bednar, CEO of TenPoint Crossbow Technologies. “The Shadow Ultra-Lite’s carbon injected components make it one of the lightest crossbows in the marketplace.”

The combined stock and bow assemblies create a 180-pound draw-weight model that measures 34.4 inches in total length — can you say, maneuverability? — and shoots up to 350 feet per second with TenPoint’s Pro Lite arrow.

The Shadow Ultra-Lite embeds its new lightweight barrel and trigger assembly in the company’s popular Functionally Superior Bullpup (FSB) stock. With its optimal comb height and length of pull, the FSB stock uses strategically placed cutouts or ports in the butt stock to reduce weight.  The new barrel floats on rubber inserts and dual-purpose rubber safety wings to reduce noise and vibration as well as helping to keep the shooter’s fore-grip hand safely below the flight deck.

Powered by TenPoint’s proven XLT bow assembly, the Shadow Ultra-Lite is a compact 13.5-inches from axle-to-axle when cocked. Its machined riser is fitted with tactical jet-black 11-inch IsoTaper Limbs, MRX cams, D-75 string and cables, and a detachable, lightweight, coated aluminum foot stirrup.

All TenPoint model feature the company’s patented Dry-Fire-Inhibitor and a 3.5-pound bullpup version of its PowerTouch trigger.

With its stock double-dip fluid-imaged in Mossy Oak Treestand camouflage, the bow comes fitted with either the ACUdraw or ACUdraw 50 cocking mechanism and a 3x Pro-View 2 scope.  The Shadow Ultra-Lite sells only as a complete package that includes three aluminum arrows with Omni Nocks, quiver, and Ambidextrous Side-Mount Quiver Bracket.

Look for the Shadow Ultra-Lite for $1,099 with ACUdraw, or $999 with ACUdraw 50.

TenPoint is 100 percent USA owned and operated.  All TenPoint crossbows are made in Mogadore, OH.
